Is this giveaway international?
Yes, but with one exception – my country has no diplomatic connections with Israel, so I can’t send anything there. If the winner does come from Israel, then I’ll gladly draw something for the winner in exchange for this card, and pick another person as the recipient of this card.
Why am I having a giveaway?
Two reasons – first, I love sending cards and letters via post. It's a very sentimental feeling y'know? Secondly, I’m experimenting with my country’s postal system and seeing how efficient it is in delivering letters. I plan on opening up commissions if the postal system is reliable enough.
How do I enter?!
All you have to do is favorite this deviation to enter. I kindly request you don't favorite this if it's not for the giveaway.
If you do not want to participate in the giveaway, refer to the top of the artist's comments.
How and when will the winner be chosen?
I will be using a randomizer to randomize the numbers of the favourites. I will then go through the list of who has favorited this deviation, and find who corresponds to the winning number. This person will then be sent a note notifying him/her of his/her winning, and asked how the card cover can be personalised.
The last date to participate in this giveaway is 11:59PM on THURSDAY, JULY 14, 2011 (Malaysian time). I'm not sure how how the international time zone works, but I do believe its roughly 11:59AM on July 14 in the US (with Daylight Savings time taken into account).
At this point, I will pick the winner. The winner will be announced within 24 hours in this page, and in my journal.
If I win, what information do you need to know?
I will need you to provide me, in reply to the note I send you, your name (first name only is fine), and address. If you cannot provide me with these, I can't mail you your prize!
IF YOU FAIL TO RESPOND TO ME WITHIN ONE WEEK OF BEING INFORMED YOU THAT YOU HAVE WON, I WILL THEN GIVE THE PRIZE TO THE NEXT NUMBER THE NUMBER GENERATOR PICKS INSTEAD.
