Moltres, looking all funnily coloured 'cos it's a shining Pokemon. I learnt how to colour in fir thanks to a tutorial by DizzyLittleArtist, whose fire tutorial can be found here: [link]
Moltres literally pops out of the box for this pic since it's intended to mimic the Pokemon-star illustrations in the TCG (thanks to the ever-brilliant Masakazu Fukuda with his awesome artwork on Pokemon-star). According to Wikipedia's entry on Moltres, it resembles more of an Arabian firebird than an actual phoenix (which would be Ho-oh).
