Celebi's standing in the middle of a pool, and all time seems to come to a stop...I got the inspiration for this picture from the my school's Sixth Form society's logo. This picture took me about 5 hours for lineart and colouring (using Photoshop 6) and half an hour for sketching (it's because of that watery swirls...)

That's really cool. I like how you made the water swirl, but I especially love the foresty background! Wish I could do that on a computer! :D

I had a very similar idea like that, the background, so very pretty! The body should be a bit longer, slightly slimer, while the legs gain a bit more thickness, just loving it all over
